Do you see yourself as the next Mo Farah or Allyson Felix? Perhaps you look to Sergey Bubka for inspiration on how to improve your pole vaulting technique. With the Youth Olympic Games set for Buenos Aires in 2018 young athletes around the world are training hard in preparation.

The documentary The Sprinter Factory is the story of the Champs national youth athletics competition. The girls featured are running as fast as they can to be Jamaica’s new sprint champions in a country that’s obsessed with its sprinters. This competition could change their lives.

We’d like to hear what it is like to be a young athlete. What track and field events do you take part in? Perhaps you’re interest in the sport is recent or maybe you are training for the Youth Olympic Games in 2018. Wherever you are in the world share your photos, stories and experiences with us.
